計時 15 分鐘(有計時器可用),速度不用快,按照圖中順序 1. 到 4. 切換動作,最後一個(4.)動作停留 10 秒;一邊做完換另一邊,重複循環做。也可以一天分 3 次做,每次做 5 分鐘 😊
