三分鐘認識「香港腳」根治四藥點

臺灣的氣候潮溼，濕度高再加上高溫，有利於黴菌滋長。許多長時間穿鞋的上班族和學生，大多有香港腳和灰指甲等困擾，有的朋友會自行到社區藥局購買外用藥膏來擦，但不好意思向藥師詢問用藥資訊，又未依藥品仿單（說明書）正確使用，可能因此影響療效。食品藥物管理署提醒，想根治香港腳或灰指甲，一定要注意下列 4 點用藥事項 👉🏼

🦠 用藥前後妥善清潔
使用香港腳藥膏前，應先用溫水及棉片小心清洗香港腳的患部，並妥善乾燥；使用灰指甲油劑前，則可先使用銼刀將指甲表面盡可能銼平，再用酒精棉片擦拭清潔，去除感染黴菌的角質層，可促進藥物滲透。另外，用藥後，應清洗手部，以免交叉感染。

🦶🏼 依藥品仿單正確塗抹
香港腳藥膏應塗抹薄薄一層，在感染處及其周圍部位，且應停留 15 分鐘，讓皮膚吸收；但有些長效藥膏，則必須同時使用於雙腳，且使用後 24 小時內切勿碰水。灰指甲油劑則可利用內附藥板，以擦上適當劑量。用藥前應詳細參閱藥品仿單（說明書），正確使用藥品，才能獲得最佳治療效果。

🧑🏻‍⚕️ 治療期間切勿自行停藥
一般而言，使用外用藥品治療香港腳需要至少一週，灰指甲則需要至少要六個月，治療期間要規則用藥且勿提早停藥。但如果依照使用方法用藥1週後仍未見任何改善，則應諮詢醫師作進一步處置。

🧦 保持腳部乾燥及個人衛生
腳部應盡量保持乾燥，例如洗澡後必須把腳完全擦乾，特別是腳趾縫間；穿鞋時間較長的上班族、學生，可以多帶一雙襪子到公司、學校替換；雨天淋濕的鞋襪，就要完全吹乾後再使用。此外，應該避免和他人共穿同一雙鞋襪（如浴室拖鞋），以避免交叉感染。
